Advertisement 2 days agoMy Passport expired during the Pandemic, and I was preparing for a long, drawn-out process, which involved bringing original documents to another city to get it renewed. Then I heard that Passports that are 15 years or less out of date can now be updated online! The process is quick and easy - and I say that as someone who was never formally trained in computer technology. I highly recommend renewing passports online.

5 days agoThis is the easiest government site to work in. User friendly, very organized, and secure. Just knowing all my important documents are all in one place and will renew at no extra cost makes me feel very confident today.

Surprised at how easy it was until I got ready to have to give a review before I could take my picture

Shotty work I followed all their directions but the software doesn’t take a good signature anyway I started this processing May and I still don’t have my passport and when you say you have these issues they really don’t help at all, they started reciting their policies for refund. Of course they want to keep your money, of course so upset i still do not having my passport, just sucks and a total wasted of time.
